Weather Situation
A high pressure system over northern Victoria will drift northeastwards and
will move off the northern New South Wales coast on Monday. A weakening cold
front will approach southwest Victoria later on Monday before slipping away
to the south. Another cold front will approach southwest Victoria late on
Tuesday before moving across the State on Wednesday and weakening. An upper
level trough will follow across South Australia and will produce a low
pressure system over western New South Wales on Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday
Areas of morning frost and patchy fog in the east. Sunny day to follow.
Winds north to northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h, reaching 35 km/h at times.
Daytime maximum temperatures between 12 and 16.

Mostly sunny day. Isolated showers during the evening. Winds north to
northwesterly 25 to 40 km/h. Overnight temperatures falling to between 4 and
9 with daytime temperatures reaching between 13 and 18.
Wednesday 23 May
Cloudy. Areas of rain in the southwest extending throughout during the
afternoon and evening. Winds west to northwesterly 20 to 35 km/h shifting
southwesterly up to 20 km/h by early evening. Overnight temperatures falling
to between 6 and 10 with daytime temperatures reaching between 11 and 16.
Thursday 24 May
Cloudy. Isolated showers. Light winds. Overnight temperatures falling to
between 5 and 9 with daytime temperatures reaching between 11 and 15.
